By accessing or using the Royal Journey Holidays website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed in writing.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the package, supplier policies, and how close to the travel date the cancellation is made. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15 – 30 business days.

Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation or vaccinations. Royal Journey Holidays is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every care in selecting our partners and curating itineraries, Royal Journey Holidays acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers and is not liable for their acts, errors, omissions, or delays.

Changes to Itinerary

Itineraries may be modified due to weather, safety, supplier changes, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to offer suitable alternatives.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
